The order of our articles implies the acceptance of our terms and conditions by customers. To make an order you have to filI in the order form for private customer and send it by e-mail. The invoice must be requested at the same time of the order otherwise you will get a till receipt. The sizes of our articles depend on the weight of the athlete as described in the size schedule. Our articles are not tailored therefore length and width of our items have standard measures. If you want to personalize an article with a particular colour it is possible only for the Platinum collection. In that case you have to make arrangements with our designer and ask for a personalized estimate.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT

After getting the order by e-mail Sigoa wilI send to the customer the acknowledgement of the order. By ten days of the receipt of it, the customer wilI have to pay the whole  amount (inclusive of delivery charges) by bank credit transfer (data herein enclosed) and a copy wilI have to be sent to Sigoa offices otherwise the order wilI be cancelled. The on-line sale of Sigoa articles does not provide other ways of payment.

TIMES OF DELIVERY AND DELIVERY

You can buy our articles at our Showroom in Lissone after making an appointment or on-line filling in the order. If the articles are in stock they will be delivered by 10 days from receipt of the order, otherwise they will be delivered by 15/20 days, to be confirmed. For Platinum Collections, the delivery time will be by 4/6 weeks in times of low and mid season and by 6 to 8 weeks in the case of high season. The delivery will be made through couriers chosen by our firm. Sigoa delivers in Italy and alI over Europe. The delivery charges depends on the volume of the parcel which wilI be specified to the customer at the moment of the order and they wilI be charges forward. Every customer can contact Sigoa offices on the phone or by e-mail to get any explanation about articles, terms of sale and deliveries.

MATERIALS

Our articles are made of excellent fabrics, embroideries and applications which are handmade. Every article is unique and different from the others therefore every article has got its own preciousness. We recommend to handle the piece of clothing with care following the instructions (see our palette) and don’t use aggressive treatments. lf you use cosmetics you could damage the piece of clothing as much as a sweating which is too acido Sigoa is not responsible for any change in colour due to different baths of the fabric.

 

TERMS OF A CHANGE OF GOODS

The articles which have been bought in Sigoa Catalogue can be replaced by ten days from the delivery. The delivery charges for the change of the goods must be paid by the customer. The sales returns are accepted only if they are clean, if they have never been put on and if they are perfect and undamaged. On the other hand, Sigoa reserves the right to reject the piece of clothing. For the body of Platinum Collection Sigoa does not accept returns of items and it’is therefore recommended to ask advise for your size that can change depending on the fit of the fabric.
